Pushback — Kullanım Şartları
Kısaca: Pushback ücretsiz bir bulmaca oyunudur. Oyunu yükleyip oynayarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hesap yok, sunucu yok, gerçek parayla satın alma yok; oyun içindeki mil, alet ve canların gerçek dünyada bir değeri yoktur. Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili her şey ayrı bir belgede: Gizlilik Politikası.
1. Kabul
Bu şartlar, Millwright Studio ("biz") ile Pushback'i ("oyun") yükleyen ya da oynayan kişi ("siz") arasındaki anlaşmadır. Oyunu yükleyerek veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu yüklemeyin ya da kaldırın. Oyun Google Play üzerinden dağıtılır; Google Play'in kendi hizmet şartları da ayrıca geçerlidir.
2. Yaş
Pushback 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir. 13 yaşından küçükseniz oyunu bir ebeveyninizin ya da vasinizin izniyle kullanabilirsiniz; bu durumda şartları sizin adınıza o kabul etmiş sayılır.
3. Lisans
Size oyunu kendi cihazınızda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla oynamanız için sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyun size satılmaz, kullanımına izin verilir. Şunlar yasaktır:
- Oyunu kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak koduna ulaşmaya çalışmak veya türev iş üretmek (yasanın açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında).
- Oyunu ya da bir parçasını satmak, kiralamak, yeniden dağıtmak.
- Hile, bot, otomasyon ya da oyunun normal çalışmasını bozan araçlar kullanmak.
4. Oyun içi öğeler
Oyundaki mil, aletler, canlar, yıldızlar ve benzeri öğeler oyunun bir parçasıdır; gerçek parayla değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez ve oyunun dışında bir hak doğurmaz. Bu öğeleri istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, yeniden dengeleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.
Oyunda şu an gerçek parayla satın alma yoktur. İleride eklenirse bu belge güncellenir ve satın alma Google Play'in ödeme kuralları çerçevesinde yapılır.
Hesap sistemi yoktur: ilerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Uygulamayı silmek, cihaz değiştirmek ya da cihaz verisini temizlemek ilerlemenizi siler; bunu geri getirme imkânımız yoktur.
5. Reklamlar
Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir: seviye aralarında seyrek geçiş reklamları ve yalnızca sizin isteğinizle açılan ödül reklamları. Reklamların içeriği üçüncü taraflara aittir; reklamı verenlerin ürün ve hizmetlerinden biz sorumlu değiliz. Reklamlarla hangi verilerin işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılıyor.
Reklam sistemini kötüye kullanmak — otomatik ya da yapay tıklama üretmek, reklamları engelleyen veya değiştiren araçlar kullanmak — yasaktır.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Oyun, adı, görselleri, sesleri, seviyeleri ve kodu dâhil olmak üzere Millwright Studio'ya aittir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunur. Bu şartlar size oyunu oynama dışında hiçbir hak vermez. Oyunun ekran görüntülerini ve videolarını kişisel, ticari olmayan paylaşımlarınızda (sosyal medya, inceleme, yayın) kullanabilirsiniz.
7. Güncellemeler ve değişiklikler
Oyunu istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, özellik ekleyip çıkarabilir, seviyeleri ve dengeyi değiştirebilir ya da oyunu tamamen yayından kaldırabiliriz. Oyunun süresiz olarak sunulacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz.
8. Sorumluluk reddi
Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız ya da her cihazla uyumlu çalışacağına dair açık veya örtülü bir garanti vermiyoruz. Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından ya da kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan (veri kaybı, ilerleme kaybı, cihaz sorunları dâhil) sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak yasadan doğan haklarınız saklıdır; bu bölüm o hakları daraltmaz.
9. Fesih
Oyunu istediğiniz zaman kaldırarak bu anlaşmayı sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınız kendiliğinden sona erer.
10. Şartların değişmesi
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni sürüm bu adreste yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Değişiklikten sonra oyunu oynamaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri varsa onlar da geçerliliğini korur.
12. İletişim
Pushback — Terms of Use
In short: Pushback is a free puzzle game. By installing or playing it you agree to the terms below. There is no account, no server and no real-money purchase; the miles, tools and lives inside the game have no real-world value. Everything about your personal data is in a separate document: the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
These terms are the agreement between Millwright Studio ("we") and the person who installs or plays Pushback ("the game", "you"). By installing or playing the game you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the game, or uninstall it. The game is distributed through Google Play, whose own terms of service also apply.
2. Age
Pushback is for ages 13 and up. If you are under 13, you may use the game only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to play the game on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game is licensed to you, not sold. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, attempt to extract the source code of, or create derivative works from the game (except where the law expressly allows it).
- Sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it.
- Use cheats, bots, automation or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the game.
4. In-game items
Miles, tools, lives, stars and similar items are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and grant no rights outside the game. We may change, rebalance or remove them at any time.
There are currently no real-money purchases in the game. If they are added, this document will be updated and purchases will go through Google Play's billing rules.
There is no account system: your progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app, changing device or clearing the device's data deletes your progress, and we have no way to restore it.
5. Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob: infrequent interstitials between levels, and rewarded ads that open only when you ask for one. The content of the ads belongs to third parties; we are not responsible for the advertisers' products or services. What data is processed for ads is described in the Privacy Policy.
Abusing the ad system — generating automated or artificial clicks, or using tools that block or alter ads — is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The game, including its name, artwork, sounds, levels and code, belongs to Millwright Studio and is protected by copyright law. These terms give you no rights other than to play the game. You may use screenshots and videos of the game in your personal, non-commercial posts (social media, reviews, streams).
7. Updates and changes
We may update the game at any time, add or remove features, change levels and balance, or withdraw the game altogether. We make no promise that the game will remain available indefinitely.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no express or implied warranty that it will run without interruption or error, or on every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game (including loss of data, loss of progress or device issues). Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected; this section does not limit them.
9. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. If you breach these terms, your licence ends automatically.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published at this address and the date above changes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country, where they exist, continue to apply.
